After many grey weeks with many snow *
we had a surpise today .....
The sun ☼ was shining !!
Yeahhhhh...... incredible but true :-)
The white color in my garden had disappeared.
I was sitting today on my bench in the garden !!
I really enjoyed,
I closed my eyes and I felt the warm summer sun ☼
in my face ~ wonderful feeling ~ :-)
Today I saw that the spring bulbs come out !!!!

Oh, it's true, Kareltje, napping in pools of sunlight can't be beat. On clear days, the sun climbs up our staircase every afternoon and I climb with it as the light shifts from one step to the next. It makes me feel sooooo sleepy and content.
There is nothing nicer than feeling the warmth of the sun on your fur - or your face if you a human!
The spring flowers are beginning to come through.
Snowdrops are our favourites.
We hope you have more sun tomorrow to rejuvenate you!

Our humans have just come back from a holiday where the sun shone every day, but sadly the sun did not shine over our kennels. Oh well, we're sure the sun will come back here eventually!! Spring is coming, yay!! Kareltje looks like he really enjoys sunbathing. Lol! It's been so mild here, almost 60 degrees F and sunny. We had a very mild winter. I think everyone else got snow but us (well we had it for two days). :) Have a great weekend!!

The story you found in my blog, is in swahili language, so far no translator is working.
But the story is about 17 people(including children, youngest being 6 months) of the same clan were slaughtered in one night just a week ago as a revenge following 3 people who were murdered as prime suspect for being goat thieves more than 5 years ago. Their relatives were angered and planned for revenge. No body expect such brutality act forget about revenge, now my story is that another man in the same area was killed yesterday and after being suspected/proven to assists thugs and cattle thieves within the area, after he was killed, they set fire on him and burns all his properties including 7 houses(huts) and food storeThe killers, set free all other members of killed man family. My worries are that.... revenge, because that area is notorious for such acts, however they come in episodes. But when they come, innocent souls are lost in pain. I gave a joke, that region should be moved to Somalia or Afghanistan so that people will learn the value of life, because there they will live in constant fear, when they come back, may be they will change.
