European Summer Time
is the arrangement in Europe by which clocks are advanced
by one hour in Spring to make the most of seasonal daylight.
In the European Union this period extends
from 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday in March
until 01:00 GMT on the last Sunday in October each year...
That means for us:
~ One hour less sleep :(
~ an hour more daylight
Yeahhhhh.....
We can enjoy from the sun
(when he is shining ;)

Yes we must remember to alter the clocks tonight. Great photos love the fish.
I love spring too and the way the sun comes in through the windows. We've already set our clocks forward and don't set them back until November. Enjoy!!

Hi Kareltje - we've had trouble with our internet connection this past week and haven't been able to visit our pals - oh, we've missed you!
What a lovely post - we're SO pleased that spring is here, we're enjoying our walks so much more as it's warmer and not so wet and we're meeting lots more pals as a result! We can't wait for the clocks to change either so that the evenings are lighter - yay!

Happy Spring to you! We had to go through losing an hour a few weeks ago but we've napped enough to make up for it.

We loves the back of your head picture! I do that a lot to my mom! Changing the clock always messes my mom up!
We are glad Spring is here at last. We like the lighter evenings because it means we can go for more walks. Mum doesn't like losing an hours sleep though.

Spring gives so much joy and beauty. The world transforms itself from dreary cold winter into a lovely paradise.
Here is Kochi we are having a tough summer. It is really hot here and we are all anxiously waiting for monsoon.
We basically have two seasons here- summer and monsoon. There is no winter and spring. So we miss the glory of spring. But I shudder at the thought of winter. I just can't withstand cold weather. However the northern parts of India go through all the four seasons.

We changed our time a couple of weeks ago, very early compared to when we used to do it. But it makes it nice to be able to walk at night when it is cooler, especially in the summer.

I must of missed this too!! Fabulous (my little one looks just like this one on the right) (she's never going to get very big though she is almost a year now). Ahh..I just burnt my husbands pancake!! ha..I buried it under the first one and stuck lots of syrup on it (lol)..
I didn't see the cat eye (only on your column)..love it!! I meant the other neat way you left your comment (was in the shape of an Easter Bunny..and also the (shape of the letters like a cat eye)on comments..thanks for your responce too!!
